Organizational information for fans ahead of the Zooleszcz European Team Speedway Championship Grand Final

For fans going to the event in Grudziądz, we’ve prepared some organizational information. Just a reminder that the Zooleszcz European Team Speedway Championship Grand Final will start on Saturday, April 6th at 2:00 PM at the stadium located at 4 Hallera Street.

The gates to the venue will open at 12:30 PM. Parking for spectators is available next to the stadium: there’s a “VIP” parking at the entrance gate from Dadosa Street, accessible with a VIP ticket, and a general (paid) parking lot located on Żwirki Street (rules are the same as for GKM Grudziądz league matches).

Ticket Sales

– Online via the website bilety.speedwayevents.pl or through ebilet.pl (both paper and electronic tickets are valid; ticket control will be conducted using scanners operated by appropriate personnel).
– At the stadium on the day of the event, ticket booths 2, 3, 5, and 6 will be open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Program Sales

On the day of the event, at merchandise stalls located by the ticket booths, at the entrance gate, and also at the stadium ticket booths starting from 11:00 AM.

Ticket Prices

VIP – PLN 300 – includes high-quality catering (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold dishes, snacks, desserts), parking space, seating in Stand D, event program, gift set, access to the machine park area up to 75 minutes before the start of the event and after the event – when the machine park is released by the referee.

Other Sectors:

Normal – PLN 40

Reduced – PLN 30 (for children and youth aged 8-18, students up to 24 years old, retirees, and pensioners)

Children up to 7 years old – free entry accompanied by a legal guardian; the child sits on the guardian’s lap.

It is prohibited to bring dangerous items into the stadium. According to the club’s internal regulations, no beverages are allowed to be brought into the venue either.

VIP Tickets:

VIP tickets allow access to the stadium and parking outside the venue (entrance from Dadosa Street). The VIP reception is located in ticket booth pavilion number 4. There, VIP invitation holders will receive appropriate wristbands granting access to the catering area, which is located on the first floor of the club building. The catering area will be open from 12:30 PM, the same time as the stadium gates. VIP seating is located in Stand D, beneath the referee’s tower.

Media

The media service point will be located at the Media reception in ticket booth pavilion number 1, open from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Individuals with press accreditation can stay in the machine park area up to 12:10 PM. Five minutes later, the training session will begin, during which the same working rules for journalists as during the event will apply. After the tournament, access to the pits area is only allowed after the motorcycles are released by the referee. Seating for journalists is designated in sector X, at the height of the second turn (above the pits).

During the event, photographers can be present at the top of the stadium (wearing a vest is mandatory) and on the field (two persons at a time on a rotating basis). Jarosław Pabijan will be responsible for photo work during the event and will conduct a briefing before the event (at 1:10 PM around the stadium’s big screen).

Autograph Session

Before the event, from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM, an autograph session is scheduled in the parking lot in front of the stadium. Participants will include Mikkel Michelsen, Bartosz Zmarzlik, Fredrik Lindgren, and Vaclav Milik.

The referee for the event will be Aleksandr Latosinski (Ukraine). The riders parade will start at 1:45 PM, with the first heat scheduled for 2:00 PM.
